After spending a number of years working as a corporate lawyer the recession in Ireland has brought that career avenue to a standstill, as such I am taking the opportunity to return to college to study a masters degree in public affairs and political communication and begin what I hope will be a successful and interesting career in another discipline. 

I will be running this website to blog about my college experiences and ideas but also to present some of the work and activities I am undertaking as part of my studies.  Some of it may be interesting, particularly for others who are returning, or considering returning, to college.
